About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
2. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Help organise team-building events and employee engagement initiatives
4. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies
5. Assist with operational tasks, including vendor management and office administration
6. Help monitor and improve internal processes to boost efficiency
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
3. Interest in HR and operations management
4. Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software/tools is a plus
5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
