Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with different teams to develop operational strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization s overall vision.
2. Streamlining workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and optimizing resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
3. Ensuring that the company operates legally and complies with established regulations and laws.
4. Building relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Collaborating with the IT department to implement and maintain relevant software, hardware, and infrastructure.
7. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
8. Managing procurement processes and coordinating material and resource allocation.
9. Reviewing financial information and adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.
10. Revising and/or formulating policies and promoting their implementation.
11. Continuously seeking opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and cost reduction.
