A Little Gym Center Manager is a full-time career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of The Little Gym Centre @ Gachibowli. The centre manager reports into the head of operations of The Little Gym of India. A centre manager s roles and responsibilities include:
- Managing all day-to-day operations at The Little Gym Gachibowli
- Driving and reporting revenue for the Little Gym of Whitefield
- Driving/managing marketing activities to spread the word about the gym and to increase student enrollments at The Little Gym
- Managing and enabling training of staff at the TLG Centre
- Maintaining the facility/equipment at the gym
- Providing outstanding customer service for all TLG customers
- Selling the program to new and existing customers
- Teaching classes (on a limited basis), to stay in connect with the Little Gym product.

- Highly driven and motivated individual
- Superior time management and business operations skills
- People s person with strong people management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer handling skills
- Eye for detail and meticulous operations management
- A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is certainly a plus

Kidzplore Klub administers and promotes learning programs for children of all age groups to acknowledge, develop and improve innovation, creativity, language, and analytical skills in our future generations. We also promote after school activities which include various interactive programs related to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) learning, and any other learning programs either directly or any of the franchise obtained nationally or internationally or globally.
Kidzplore Klub provides after-school programs for children in the age group of 3-14 years. These include various STEM-based programs and recreational programs. We also The Little Gym program for kids in the age group of 10 months to 14 years. We have two centers located in Madhapur and Khajaguda.
