1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2. Experience or willingness to learn operations management, particularly in e-commerce or logistics
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Basic proficiency in technology and software tools for inventory and logistics management
6. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
7. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus
8. Prefer candidates who are fun-loving, adaptable, and enjoy working collaboratively

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
