Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include inbound operations of customer support for digital products:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations (chat < mail & call)
2. Provide support for data collection to enable recovery of the account for end-user
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
4. Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
5. Provide excellent customer service to our customers
