Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing Purchase order formats to be released to vendors.
2. Manage vendor relationships: source quotations from multiple vendors and apply SysCloud's selection criteria to ensure the best vendor fit.
3. Continuously monitor and track existing contracts and upcoming renewals.
4. Provide regular reports on inventory, purchases, software services tracking, and other key metrics.
5. Adhere to SysCloud's procurement, vendor management, and inventory management processes.
6. Fulfill company-wide purchase requests within the committed SLAs and follow all necessary process steps.
7. Resolve issues, concerns, or bottlenecks encountered during the procurement process.
8. Address email queries promptly within the set turnaround time (TAT).
9. The position will also include other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your supervisors from time to time.
