Operations Internship

As an Operations Intern at Euro Dreams - Study Abroad Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience in the study abroad industry. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Office will be essential in assisting with various operational tasks. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will also be vital in communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with data entry and maintenance of student records using MS-Excel.
2. Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint.
3. Communicate with clients and partners via email and phone, showcasing your English proficiency.
4. Support the Operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
5. Conduct research on study abroad programs and universities.
6. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas.
7. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to further develop your skills.
