3. Providing general information to clients about the clinic s services, fees, and policies
4. Checking clients in and out, collecting payment, and booking the next appointment
5. Maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality and data protection
6. Managing the waiting area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment
7. Coordinating with therapists and staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient scheduling
8. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
9. Responding to emails and other forms of electronic communication promptly and professionally
10. Handling and redirecting inquiries, both in person and over the phone
11. Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
12. Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and common spaces
13. Adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations
14. Assisting with basic troubleshooting of office equipment and technology
15. Encouraging and collecting feedback from clients
