Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, and signage
2. Listing offices on online portals and renting out all available office units
3. Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
4. Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services
5. Contracting professionals for repairs as needed
6. Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities
7. Monitoring building maintenance budgets
8. Arranging for building improvements
9. Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs
10. Supervising ground staff
11. Hiring employees or contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property
12. Providing training for building employees as and when needed
13. Scheduling contractors and employees
14. Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from building tenants
15. Maintaining records of tenants
