About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Oversee daily operations at the Bhowanipore Nwook; activities range from dealing with new client leads, engaging with existing ones to ensuring the upkeep of the space and customer experience
2. Develop a good rapport with customers
3. Troubleshoot operational issues
4. Coordinate with vendors (drinking water supplier, repair persons, etc.) when required
5. Oversee housekeeper to ensure space cleanliness
6. Manage customer bookings using the PoS device
7. Address customer issues
8. Enforce house rules
9. Ensure accuracy of monthly accounts
