Only those candidates can apply who:

1. Technical/quantitative/management university degree
2. Strong desire to work in operations/logistics management/supply chain
3. Experience managing cross-functional work and strong communication skills
4. Experience in Biofuels or Bioenergy
5. Good written and spoken skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office
A2P Energy is an internationally recognized and awarded startup working towards resolving the open field paddy straw burning problem by putting up sustainable projects for converting the straw into useful products. Currently, these products are focused on energy applications. We address the paddy straw burning problem by collecting the straw, and in turn, we promote entrepreneurship within the village community and help to increase farmers' income.
