Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping customers make selections by building customer confidence & offering suggestions and opinions
2. Supporting retail store operations including billing counter, inventory management, reporting, and merchandising
3. Welcoming customers by greeting them & offering them assistance
4. Managing store operations like attending to customers, keeping track of inventory, ensuring the proper display of merchandise, and achieving monthly sales targets for the store
5. Advising customers by providing information on products
6. Directing customers by escorting them to racks and counters & suggesting items

Requirements:

1. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience with an understanding of the retail sales process
2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
