About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the car servicing process at our company and work with our partners to execute the process
2. Get involved in the daily activities of the workshops and work with partners to improve efficiency as per the service standards defined by our company
3. Deal with customers walking in or visiting the workshop
4. Report to the city head regarding issues that occur at the partner's or our company's end
5. Work with partners to reduce the number of issues
6. Maintain relationship with partners and help them execute campaigns and deliver monthly targets
