1. Manage the daily activities of our cohort-based programs, which include overseeing student registrations, facilitating communication, and providing assistance
2. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline program execution, fostering efficiency and consistency in program delivery
3. Collaborate with the leadership team and other departments to create and execute strategic plans for our cohort and batch-based programs
4. Analyze data gathered from cohorts and batches to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing targeted strategies to enhance program effectiveness and student satisfaction
5. Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis to generate reports and performance-tracking documents

4. Travel, food, and accommodation will be taken care of by CipherSchools in case of any physical visit to the office
5. While prior experience in operations management is not mandatory, candidates with some exposure to the Ops space will have an added advantage in this role
