Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure seamless execution.
2. Maintain and analyze operational data, reports, and metrics.
3. Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and improve processes.
4. Assist in creating SOPs, process documents, and training materials.
5. Support special projects, including AI-driven automation initiatives.
6. Stay updated on AI, automation, and industry trends.

Other requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in business administration, operations management, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Understanding of customer support and operational workflows (preferred).
Hybrid work model – must be willing to work from our Ghatkopar West, Mumbai office.
