Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Performing administrative duties including contacting, interviewing, and selecting potential Housy verified partners
2. Ensuring that the company standards & policies are being followed by the partners on duty
3. Assisting human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules
4. Developing growth strategies that focus on operational stability and ensuring customer service delivery
5. Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
6. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
7. Taking a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities & partnerships
8. Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to our customers
9. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
10. Monitoring and evaluating industry trends and customer drivers whilst meeting regularly with the management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
11. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans
12. Managing employee schedules and rosters including the processing of leave and sick time
13. Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues
14. Maintaining company databases
