We are launching our mobile app (iOS and Android). This mobile app will be in the ed-tech sector providing live classes (art, music, yoga, etc.).

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Work on successfully onboard creative teachers on the platform
2. Resolve teacher and student queries, issues regarding booking of classes, or payments
3. Understand the product, and manage all operational work
4. Work with the digital marketing team to promote apps, classes, attract and retain students
5. Work on CRM tools like Zoho and Google Analytics
6. Prepare daily and weekly reports
7. Work with the digital marketing team to collaborate and bring new ideas
8. Manage payments and reconciliations
9. Knowledge or experience of Accounting/bookkeeping will be preferred.
Note : This is Work from Office (Sector 62 Noida). Starting 9th August 2021.

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and neighboring cities
