Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Work on successfully onboard creative teachers on the platform
2. Manage payments and reconciliations
3. Knowledge or experience of Accounting/bookkeeping will be preferred.
4. Resolve teacher and student queries, issues regarding booking of classes, or payments
5. Understand the product, and manage all operational work like Content Management, User Management in the app.
6. Work with the digital marketing team to promote apps, classes, attract and retain students
7. Work on CRM & accounting tools like Zoho. Google Analytics
8. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports/dashboards (good in excel and ppt)
Note : This is Work from Office (Sector 62 Noida). Starting 13th Sep 2021.
Preference for Commerce background profiles.
