About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
2. Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
3. Receive and sort daily mails/deliveries/couriers
4. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
6. Check, sort, and forward emails
7. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
8. Coordinate the interview process with the recruitment team
9. Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings
10. Perform ad-hoc administration duties
11. Work on inventory and vendor management

We are strictly looking for a local candidate. Candidate from Chd, Mohali and Panchkula need to apply.

Added requirements

1. Must have proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role

2. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

3. Must have hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

4. Must have a professional attitude and appearance

5. Must have good written and verbal communication skills

6. Must have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

7. Must have excellent organizational skills

8. Must have multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

9. Must have a good customer service attitude

10. Must have a bachelors degree (additional certification in office management would be a plus)
