About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Welcome the guests and help them check-in pleasantly
2. Ensure that the property is check-in ready
3. Manage guest expectations from check-in to check-out
4. Work in sync with the operations team to manage schedule/calendar
5. Ensure flawless internal communication
6. Set processes, guest expectations, give property tour, create WhatsApp groups, receive payments, give invoices to guests, facilitate post-check-out audits, ask for reviews

About Staymaster Services Private Limited

Staymaster is a vacation rental management company based out of Goa. We work with real estate developers, second homeowners, and other alternate accommodation providers to maximize revenues through short-term rentals. Our vision is to create great experiences and memories for guests who stay at the property and effectively, transparently, and seamlessly manage homes collaboratively with homeowners. We have been in business for the last 2 years and have a portfolio of 30 properties under management currently. We aim to grow to 100 properties by the end of 2021.
