Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filling
2. Arranging traveling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
3. Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
4. Dealing with incoming email, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manage
5. Caring out background research and presenting findings
6. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
7. Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the directors is well prepared for meetings;
liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
