About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on customer onboarding and Support
2. Handle account escalations
3. Manage renewals and upsell campaigns
4. Work on documentation and process to aid customer engagement
5. Help our customers meet their goals through our product
