About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Editing reports as per audio files to ensure smooth, timely & error-free generation of high-quality reports.
2. Reviewing questionnaires submitted by the evaluators (mystery shoppers) and converting these into 'audit reports' by correcting errors and performing fact-checks (which often involve interaction with the shopper & internal teams).
3. Ensuring that the report is complete & does not have obvious contradictions, inconsistencies, or omissions.
4. Maintaining high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
5. Working on analytics & insights.
