Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating teacher relations and all daily operations benchmarks as required to build a positive and engaged performance environment
2. Building strong, sustainable relationships with teachers
3. Managing a group of 150 skilled teachers and aligning them with the expectations of the ecosystem
4. Identifying, analyzing, and initiating the escalation process for Artium Academy based on the escalation criteria
5. Managing teacher escalations and coordinating resolution efforts with key stakeholders (internal and external) by working cross-functionally to ensure issue ownership, action items, and communications are fulfilled
6. Ensuring customer escalations are resolved within agreed-upon timelines, implementing process change ideas, and influencing others toward action and change
7. Addressing operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion
8. Managing teacher calendar and slots effectively to maintain intact customer experience
9. Evaluating and prioritizing feature enhancements and product backing while balancing the needs of teachers, internal stakeholders, and partners
10. Striving to develop collaborative and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
11. Evaluating current operational strategies and recommending improvements
12. Generating operational reports for management as needed
