About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries by ensuring timely and effective communication.
2. Assist in gathering insights from customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
3. Conduct regular audits of customer calls and analyze lead data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Review and follow up on low-rated feedback to address customer concerns and gather insights for service enhancements.
