Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating and maintaining project checklist with timelines, assigning responsibilities and taking appropriate action to achieve timelines
2. Handling travel, lodging & boarding related to the project
3. Overseeing on-ground F&B requirements of the project
4. Budgeting, planning and on-site staff mobilization for services like security, housekeeping, health & safety, etc. and overall maintenance of customer experience
5. Coordinating with liaison officers for necessary event permissions, making presentations as required to relevant authorities
6. Coordinating with venue authorities
7. Coordinating with the production team to achieve project goals
