Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with our vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of inventory requirements.
2. Research and identify necessary raw materials for new and existing products on platforms like IndiaMART. Engage in negotiations with vendors to secure the best prices and manage the end-to-end fulfillment process.
3. Provide support to the operations manager in daily tasks and projects.
4. Support the Social Media team by helping them identify potential influencers and media pages for collaboration and assist in managing communications and organizing promotional activities.
5. Assist in various back-office tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows.
6. Occasionally visit existing or new vendors for on-site negotiations and relationship management. Ensure quality checks and establish strong vendor relationships.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This internship offers a pathway to a full-time position based on performance. Upon successful completion of the internship, the role can be converted into a permanent position, with the opportunity for salary renegotiation.
