Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assigning a vehicle to be chosen for the specific delivery
2. Creating a consignment for the delivery with the relevant details
3. Scheduling the consignment to a specific date and time
4. Starting the consignment on its assigned time
5. Tracking the vehicles in the process of delivery and making sure there are no obstacles on the way so that
the vehicle reaches on time
6. Pushing the vehicle to make it on time, if there are controllable delays (like a minor traffic jam)
7. Making sure the client is updated of the same and taking the necessary actions immediately if there are uncontrollable delays (like a vehicle breakdown, protest, etc.)
8. Preparing a performance report of the vehicles and find ways to improve efficiency
