Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Offer configuration: Collaborating with the operations team to configure and set up offers accurately in our systems. This includes inputting pricing information, terms and conditions, and any other relevant data.
2. Data management: Maintaining and updating offer data in Excel spreadsheets or other designated databases. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
3. Quality assurance: Conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of offer configurations. Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors promptly.
4. Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of offer configurations, updates, and revisions. Ensuring all changes are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on offer configurations.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech degree in a relevant field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
