Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on data cleaning, data gathering, analysis, and planning
2. Working on creating monthly status reports & improvising processes
3. Working on process definition & documentation
4. Working on CRM
5. Ensuring timely responses to requests for information
6. Leading operations for annual and weekly events across geographies

Skills:
1. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Quick learner, comfortable working with data
3. Technology proficiency including Advance Excel, Google sheets, PowerPoint, project management tools, managing webinars, etc.
4. Knowledge of CRM's like Cvent, HubSpot and other tools will be an added advantage
