Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement Software Solutions: Assist in researching, selecting, and implementing software solutions that can optimize inventory management, order processing, and other operational workflows.
2. Pricing Strategies and Price List Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
3. Develop comprehensive pricing strategies for all product categories based on market research and cost analysis.
4. Create and maintain a detailed price list for our product offerings.
5. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Implementation: Support the implementation of a CRM system to effectively manage customer interactions and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in data entry, organization, and maintenance within the CRM platform.
6. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes.
7. Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock reconciliation and order fulfillment.
8. Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to provide updates and insights on operational initiatives.
9. Provide general administrative support to the operations department as needed.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and willingness to learn new software applications.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
