Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create PR (Purchase Requisition) in the SAP system
2. Follow up for PO (Purchase Order) with the internal finance team
3. Work on invoicing, processing payments, and taking approval from senior management
4. Engage in coordination with the central brand finance team
5. Maintain the MIS in excel with each and every entry of the cost received in the mail
6. Maintain a final cost sheet to be discussed with the brand managers for each of their markets respectively
7. Handle the office operations or any other assignments as may be given to you from time to time
8. Work on vendor management
9. Work on analysis of Ad-Edit metric
