Operations Internship

As a B2B Program Manager in the Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing placement training programs at top B-schools.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the smooth operation of the programs, with a keen focus on program execution, client satisfaction, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, driving student success, and solving all escalated issues
2. Coordinating with team members to make sure that all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules and to ensure a consistent and trouble-free learning experience
3. Ensuring operational excellence, which involves optimizing resource allocation, planning and coordinating with industry experts (including senior professionals) and maintaining the smooth conduct of the overall operations
4. Providing overall account management assistance as required, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery
