Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the allotted projects of the company
2. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
3. Ensure timely completion of tasks
4. Formulate strategic and operational objectives
5. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
6. Help the organization s processes remain legally compliant (FSSAI, Delivery partner agreement, etc.)
7. Manage project plans and project budget forecasts
8. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
9. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
10. Manage distributors and delivery partners with regular meetings and sharing feedback
11. Ensure timely recovery from market hubs and distributors
12. Ensure a disciplined environment and progressive culture in and around the company
