Operations Internship

Management of MIS:
Develop and maintain comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) to track operational metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate and insightful reports.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data inputs and outputs within the MIS.
Report Generation and Analysis:
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on predefined parameters and requirements.
Analyze data trends, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and formulate strategies for operational improvement.
Call Support:
Provide frontline support for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions with customers to ensure positive experiences and uphold the company's reputation.
Document call details, customer feedback, and resolutions accurately in the designated systems.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the operational workflow.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness over time.
