The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1. Coordinate with Project Manager / Consultant to develop quality processes, procedures,
compliance requirements (for e.g.: ISO 9001, 1400,18001,22000,27001, ITIL).
2. Conduct Risk assessment.Responsible for assessments, gap analysis (against standards and benchmarks), risk mitigation strategy development and implementation.
3. Responsibility in writing and editing technical documentation related to ISO 9001, 27001, 22000, 14001, 18001, etc. When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, He / She will adhere to format, content, styles guidelines, giving consideration to quality and accuracy.
4. Co-ordinating with PM / Consultant in implementing all the activities which need to take place
considering QMS and ISMS in place.
5. The process requirements for ISO shall be monitored and documented with respect to
their frequency of updating. Provides follow up to ensure timely completion of reviews and application changes.
6. Responsible for preparing user manuals, training materials and guides according to ISO standards.
7. Co-ordinate in both Internal as well as external auditing.
8.Overall responsible for documenting the entire QUALITY PROCESS and maintaining ISO standards.
9. Provide regular updates to senior manager and process owners on the status of project related to ISO Standards.
