We are looking for an operations coordinator to support the day-to-day business management.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Help stakeholders in onboarding new drivers on our platform
2. Handle day-to-day operations and provide support to the drivers
3. Contribute to identifying and resolving problems and simultaneously handling other miscellaneous operations and marketing-related projects
4. Plan and execute monthly city targets
5. Visit stakeholders at the office regularly
6. Work with team members to audit, identify quality problems, and improve operational processes
7. Write, maintain, and disseminate quality manuals and other documentation
8. Investigate and diagnose quality complaints, track down components, recommend corrective actions, and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
1. Analytically strong and can work on data to understand trends in supply
2. Must have good knowledge of Excel
3. Top problem-solving skills
4. Ability to utilize internal documentation
5. Ability to adapt to changing environments and learn new processes
6. Ability to be flexible and organized
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize
8. Any graduation

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 9000 per lead generated).
