About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with logistics partners
2. Ensure timely delivery of shipments
3. Prepare daily/weekly and monthly Last-Mile MIS/reports of all the shipments
4. Process RTO/reverse pickups
5. Coordinate with CS team for smooth and timely resolution of customer grievances related to logistics
