About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strategize long/short term roadmaps for the client in conjunction with the Jarvis senior management
2. Define processes and comprehensive plans of action for imminent/ad-hoc client needs
3. Build scenario-specific plans for all possible outcomes/events during the last-mile campaign execution
4. Act like the in-house expert for crisis management and provide last-minute assistance to both central & zonal teams
5. Coordinate cross-functionally with zonal operations and central tech/communication teams
6. Ensure daily operational performance reporting for higher management and clients whilst showcasing day-by-day progress of the projects/new initiatives
7. Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure a positive long-term relationship with our clients
