Operations Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in optimizing business operations, analyzing data, and developing actionable business insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leadership at our head office, contributing to projects that drive meaningful organizational change.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Operations Support:
- Conduct research to support business process improvements and develop operational strategies for special leadership projects.
- Assist the operations team in optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency through special programs and projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure excellence in the execution of special projects.

2. Business Intelligence:
- Assist in creating dashboards and visual reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the BI team to develop data models and automated reports.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in business operations through data analysis.

3. Project Management:
- Plan, execute, manage, and monitor various ad-hoc business intelligence and operational projects.
- Document findings, methodologies, recommendations, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and deliver business insights.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Engineering Graduate, planning to pursue a Master's program abroad.
2. Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
