1. Data management: Collect, analyze, and maintain experimental and project data with high accuracy. Organize data repositories and ensure data integrity for ongoing research projects.
2. Presentation skills: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and engaging presentations on research findings and project updates. Assist in creating visual aids and documentation for internal and external communications.
3. Communication & coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, project managers, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication channels within the team to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
4. Research support: Assist in the design and execution of in vivo studies, particularly related to lung fibrosis models. Stay updated with the latest scientific literature relevant to our research focus.

1. Completed a B.Tech Biotech, B.Sc Biotech, or B.Pharm degree.
2. Proficient in data collection and management tools.

5. Excellent presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
