Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Team Leadership: Lead content and course teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring accountability within the team.
2. Task Execution & Management: Execute tasks while managing team workflows, prioritizing responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.
3. Project Ownership: Plan and oversee projects, set clear timelines, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
4. Performance & KPI Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate team performance, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Operational Efficiency: Drive process improvements and optimize resource allocation to increase operational efficiency.
6. Problem-Solving: Proactively anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions to address them promptly.

1. Experience: 0-6 months/freshers in operations, project management, or team coordination roles.
2. Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and AI productivity solutions.
3. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
