1. Manage all partnership inbounds (local businesses, NGOs, and agencies)
2. Reach out to potential outbound partners and own negotiation conversations
3. Liaise with other interns/employees to brainstorm and create strategies in compliance, marketing, finance, and operations
4. Develop marketing campaigns and support other teams on current and ongoing activations on social media, and on-ground
5. Analyze data from any operation for ongoing optimizations and write down weekly reports
6. Inventory management of all the incoming and outgoing products ranging from the final goods, fabric, thread, buttons, etc.

We are a social enterprise operating from Dungarpur, Rajasthan, producing clothes designed and handcrafted by the tribal women of the region. Started as a project at Gandhi Fellowship in 2018, Swara has quickly made a name for itself in the sustainable clothing space of Indian and international markets. We have released the first collection - Sa (Shadja) - which includes clothing designed for women, men and kids, with designs ranging from crop tops and shirts to reversible jackets and poncho. In a span of less than three months, Swara has made 200+ sales, with a recent exhibition in a high-profile school in Mumbai (Ascend International School, BKC).
