About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Get a deep understanding of job and client requirements
2. Coordinate with 200+ candidates daily whilst encouraging them to apply for available jobs
3. Assess the candidate's eligibility as per client requirement
4. Take orientations and training sessions
5. Share final selection with clients after accumulating teamwork
6. Keep records of data that is used and analyze the selection rates by the client
