Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence
2. Assisting the manager with operational issues
3. Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required
4. Hosting lectures & promptly answering the questions of all students
5. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors
6. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
7. Conducting research required on script creation as needed
8. Creating/updating SOPs & their change logs
9. Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the manager

Who can apply:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. A relevant certificate may be required
3. Previous experience in a similar role
4. Additional courses in business writing and elocution are advantageous
