About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Working proactively tracking each week's customers' subscription status in terms of renewals, due expiry updates, and any unarticulated challenges
2. Sending each week's report to the manager regarding customer subscription status
3. Working responsibly communicating if there is any customer request for date extension on renewal due to unforeseeable circumstances
4. Working on closing the customer requirement for subscription renewal by assisting them in the order completion process which includes working with the customer through different stages of the purchase cycle
5. Committing to delivering quality work done on your own, only
6. Ensuring that the access to working internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a smartphone is there to complete the weekly tasks successfully
