The ops person that we would like to hire should be very good at documentation. They will work closely with the head of operations (the founders, Shilpi and Manish).
Key jobs
Sales
1. Client follow ups - sales calls (and follow up with data entry); taking inquiry brief, operation coordination with vendors, suppliers and payment process
2. Sales lead update from various sources social media, digital marketing, website, email, and direct queries
3. Sales database update in google drive, email campaigns
Documentation
1. All information needs to be documented in excel, pdfs, dropbox and other tools like basecamp, etc
2. Vendor documentation - Maintain a list of vendors, services offered and costs
Accounts
1. Maintaining accounts - payments and account reconciliation with Unhotel team and external accounts team
2. Coordination with accounts in regards to invoice generation and payment reconciliation
Research
1. Research - content research- hotels, experiences, comparing tariffs and costs on various online travel companies
6-7 days a week - work from home possible
