About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as company s gatekeeper
2. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
3. Resolve customers day-to-day problems while maintaining high order service quality
4. Convert the assigned leads by reaching out via phone calling and emailing the cliental stakeholders
5. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure quick resolution
6. Act as a liaison between client and company for efficient transfer of information/clients complain
