Executive (Order Management Systems) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full order lifecycle from order receipt, processing, and delivery
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any order-related issues or inquiries
3. Generate accurate invoices, track payment statuses, and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues in a timely manner
4. Provide administrative support by maintaining records, generating reports, and assisting with the overall organization and efficiency of the OMS-related processes
5. Address customer queries regarding orders, shipment status, product availability, and payment issues to ensure excellent customer experience
6. Utilize Excel to manage order data, track key metrics, and prepare weekly or monthly reports for team review
7. Work with the team to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

1. Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with an Order Management System (OMS)
2. Demonstrate advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create reports, analyze data, and automate tasks
