About the internship
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in order processing and invoicing? Ziegler Aerospace is seeking a motivated Order Processing Intern to join our team! In this role, you'll help ensure the efficient management of orders and invoices, supporting smooth transactions across the organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serving as the main point of contact for order and invoice-related inquiries, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
2. Assisting in processing customer orders accurately, including reviewing, analyzing, and verifying invoice data.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of products and services.
4. Keeping detailed records of order status, discrepancies, and resolution activities.
5. Supporting reconciliation of invoices and order data to identify and address discrepancies.
